group constellations

Work with systems – family, internal, business.

An approach that gives insights and seeks the best way to achieve wholeness.

Through group work, we connect more deeply than with words. Through the stories of others, we often recognize our own.

What are group constellations?

systemic constellations In the group, they imply that there will be more people at the workshop. Several people will post their topics, while the others come as representatives, that is, participants in other people’s stories.

How will you set up your group constellation?

  1. The first step is a conversation that defines your topic and the goals of constellation setting (on the day of the constellation or in the week before).
  2. We determine the key positions in your constellation.
  3. Among the people who are at the workshop, according to the inner feeling, you choose representatives for the agreed positions.
  4. You set them in space and then observe.
  5. Over the next (approximately) hour, I, as host of your constellation, help the system to come into balance with key questions and interventions.
  6. The constellation ends at the moment when we all feel that one step has been taken, the representatives are at peace, and you have experienced what is needed.

The price of a group constellation is €150.

to set up Group constellations require prior notice and agreement of the appointment date, as well as the interview date.

What are systemic constellations?

Systemic constellations are a method of dealing with what the system (family, business or internal) puts before us as a challenge. They reveal hidden dynamics, imbalances and patterns that affect our lives, relationships, decisions and health.

wider context

The setting of constellations is based on the assumption that every problem is a symptom of a wider system.

The solution already exists within that system – the constellation helps to restore balance and integrity.

Basic settings

  • Every system has internal logic and dynamics
  • Disorders create symptoms
  • Problems are often unconsciously inherited
  • Solutions come through insight and acceptance
  • We release resources and energy

The roots of the method

Systemic constellations resulted from psychotherapeutic directions, psychodramas, system theory and phenomenology.

They were originally developed by Bert Hellinger for family therapy, but the method developed and extended to business, spiritual and social contexts.
