Conversations that are like an internal dialogue in which we examine the emotions and reactions of our body, we follow the story through compassion and acceptance, developing our capacity for regulation and (self) understanding.

What are conversations in visualizations?

A method of internal dialogue by which we examine emotions and our reactions related to everyday situations through targeted questions, which rely on our early traumatic experiences.

Conversations in visualizations use the body as the main tool: sensations that we follow in work and memories that the body stores. It helps us to understand the link between internal causes of emotional pain, bodily symptoms and behavioral patterns.

Through this work, we develop our own capacities for regulating emotions and compassion for ourselves and others.

Term It lasts 60 minutes, and the price is 50 euros.

This method can help us better understand and reconsider our acute or chronic conditions and to find compassion and acceptance for those parts of ourselves that react in certain situations.

The roots of the method

In this paper, we combine the conversation inspired by the Compassionate Inquiry method (Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam Kaur) and constellation rituals in visualization.
