Meditation, in my words, is a great way to start or end the day or to make an important departure from everyday activities during the day.
The main goal of meditation is to calm the speeding flow of thoughts, build the resistance of the nervous system, increase patience and focus.

I teach different techniques, from anapanasati meditation that trains attention and breath awareness, to visualization and constellation meditations that lead us to deeper and different states of mind.

Live meditations take place via the Zoom platform, on Mondays from 8 p.m., lasting 30 minutes.
Monday meditations combine different meditation techniques. Each meeting is recorded and the recordings remain available for further use in that month, so that you can meditate daily, that is, every day until our next live meeting.
By paying for meditations at the end of the month or at the beginning of the next, you are included in 4 or 5 meditations in a month, that is, as many as the month of Mondays.
