Fantastic meditation

– find a comfortable position and create a peaceful atmosphere (turn off your phone, dim the lights, light a candle)
– imagine your mind is a lake, look at what its surface is like, what your thoughts are doing to it?
– if the surface is choppy, the reflection of the trees on it will be blurred and hard to make out – in that case, breathe and observe the surface of the lake until it calms down completely and the reflection becomes clear-
if the image is clear right away, observe the calm surface of your lake and breathe
