We all know we are stressed. What does that actually mean, simplified? Every day we are overwhelmed by a large amount of input, information, encounters and our system is in a constant state of hyperexcitement and we do not always have enough time for our system to work, before new demands come, we are often overwhelmed.
A healthy nervous system regulates itself well and combines sympathetic and parasympathetic work. However, it is necessary to continuously strengthen it, in order for such self-regulation to be steady.
Stimulation of the nervous system is even more intense if we work with other people, we listen to other people’s stories that often resonate with ours, that is, if we are the ones who hold space for others as constelators, coaches, therapists, yoga teachers or the like. This is precisely why the techniques that we will work can be of great importance and bring visible benefits in our work through building awareness, presence with the client, and maintaining connection and self-regulation.
Because of all of the above, we will meet once a month, at the end of the month, to “reset” our nervous system and be inspired to maintain it during the other days of the month.
What are we going to do this time?
– Breathing exercises
– Exercises of careful observation and visualization
– Vagus exercises
– static body positions – Yin Yoga, with which we will deeply stretch the body and release the consequences of stress
– Acupressure stimulation
After the workshop, we will treat ourselves to soothing tea and healthy biscuits.

On Friday, 27.2. at 18.30. – 20, in Vodnikova 10 on the 1st floor (Academy of Systemic Constellations).
What do you need?
– Comfortable clothes in which you can move freely
– mat if you want to practice on yours (please note if you are bringing yours or want to use ours when registering)
